October 2025 / zeron designs and communicates survey for the Aktionsforum Glasverpackung


What kind of packaging do consumers prefer when shopping? We asked this question on behalf of the Aktionsforum Glasverpackung in a representative YouGov survey*, and the answer is clear: glass is the clear number one. Consumers clearly prefer glass packaging in supermarkets over alternatives.

As a PR and content agency, zeron developed the entire PR strategy – from designing the survey and media relations to the content journey across all relevant channels. To kick things off, we arranged an exclusive interview with Lebensmittel Zeitung, the industry's key media outlet. This was followed by extensive press work in B2B and B2C media, supplemented by social media content, a series of LinkedIn posts, a blog post, and integration into the GLASKLAR newsletter. And, of course, internal communication for member companies in the container glass industry.

The campaign shows that targeted communication throughout the entire content journey is not only something we can do, it's something we love doing. ;-)

*The data in this survey is based on online interviews with members of the YouGov panel who agreed to participate in advance. A total of 2,011 people were surveyed between August 15 and 18, 2025. The survey was quota-weighted by age, gender, and region, and the results were then weighted accordingly. The results are representative of the resident population in Germany aged 18 and over.
