The legal basis for this is Article 6 (1), 1st sentence f) Data Protection Regulation.

b. Cookies

Some perts of our website use so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your terminal device and saved by your browser. Cookies are used to make our website more user- friendly, effective and secure. The legal basis for this is Article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 a) Basic Data Protection Regulation, if you have consented to the use of cookies, otherwise on the basis of our justified interest as described in Article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 f) Basic Data Protection Regulation.
Some of the cookies used are so-called session cookies. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them.
Most cookies contain a unique identifier, the so-called cookie ID. This sequence of characters means that it is possible to assign which servers and Internet pages were called up by the browser when the cookie was saved. This makes it possible to distinguish the browser from browsers with other cookies, and each browser can be identified and recognised by its unique cookie ID. Cookies can also be used on websites to collect information about user activity, such as the number of unique visitors to a page per month.
This functionality of cookies is used on many websites and servers to provide many of the basic services that we also use online.
A cookie is also used when you log in - here with us when registering as a business customer - so that later no further login is required because the browser is recognized.
During all these processes, information is stored in cookies to enable the corresponding functions. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(f) Basic Regulation on data protection.
Cookies are also used to provide ads relevant to users, to improve reports on campaign performance or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads more than once. You will find further explanations of the cookies we use there: https://www.zeron.de/#cmpscreen. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(f) Basic Regulation on data protection.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. e. Newsletter

If you enter your e-mail address for our newsletter, you will receive a newsletter from us approximately every three to four months with information about new customers, zeron projects and personnel changes.
After your registration with your e-mail address, you will receive a message from us to this address. In this e-mail you will be asked to confirm your registration by clicking on a link. This is necessary to prevent unauthorized persons from registering your e-mail address in our newsletter distribution list without your consent. To prove this registration process, it is logged by storing the time of registration and confirmation as well as the IP addresses, so-called double opt-in procedures. In addition, we process your e-mail address to send the newsletter. E-mails are sent via the Newsletter2Go service. We have concluded an order processing contract with our service provider.

f. Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter: "Google"). Google is certified under the US- EU data protection agreement "Privacy Shield" (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active) and thus commits itself to comply with EU data protection regulations. In addition, we have entered into an order processing agreement with Google. This is a contract in which Google undertakes to protect our users' data, to process it on our behalf in accordance with our data protection regulations and, in particular, not to pass it on to third parties.
Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site (see b above). The information generated by the cookie about your use of the site is generally transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.
However, IP anonymisation is activated on our website. Your IP address will thus be previously reduced by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide us with other services relating to website and Internet use. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1), 1st sentence f) Basic Data Protection Regulation
You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of our website, see b above. You may also prevent Google from collecting the data (including your IP address) generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website and from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: Install browser plugin (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de)
For more information on terms of use and data protection, please visit http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html bzw. unter https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/

g. Integration of third-party services and content (Google Maps, RSS feeds, graphics from other websites, videos from YouTube, etc.)

It may happen that third party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated within our online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third party providers") are aware of the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required for the display of this content. The provider endeavours to use only those contents whose respective providers use the IP address only for the delivery of the contents. Third-party providers can store the IP address for statistical purposes, for example. However, you can prevent such data transfer if you deactivate "Javascript" in your browser or use the following opt-out options. In this case, however, no such services and contents of third parties can be displayed.
We partly integrate the following services and contents of third parties:
1. maps of the
Google Maps service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
/ Privacy Policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/ and https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html
/ Opt-Out: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/

If you give your consent, the legal basis is Article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 a) and/or Article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 b) Basic Data Protection Regulation, if the processing of the data is necessary to fulfil a contract to which you are a party or to implement pre-contractual measures, or Article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 f) Basic Data Protection Regulation, namely if the processing is necessary to safeguard our interest in order to improve user experience, to promote our services or to maintain the security of use.

Cookies are stored on your terminal and you have control over the use and deletion of cookies, see above.
We process your data from your contact requests via e-mail and contact form until your request has been completely processed and settled. The information is then deleted. We have preset a deletion cycle of 14 months for Google Analytics data.
If you apply online, we will delete your personal data and applications six months after completion of the application process.
In addition, it is checked every year whether data can be deleted. This is the case when the purpose of processing and the requirements of the legal basis for processing have ceased to apply and there is no longer a legal obligation to preserve the data.
