April 2023 / zeron celebrates topping out event with WOGEDO

Creating affordable residential space in Düsseldorf and protecting the climate are central to WOGEDO’s mission, and it recently reached another milestone! On 27 April 2023 our client hosted the topping out event for its “Die Passage” development project.

Numerous guests arrived at the site in Gerresheim on a beautiful sunny day to celebrate the completion of the building’s frame and hear speeches by WOGEDO’s two directors. The guests of honour were Dr Stephan Keller, Mayor of Düsseldorf, and Alexander Rychter, Director of the VdW Rheinland Westfalen Association. Both men were vociferous in their praise of the new building and WOGEDO’s efforts to create affordable residential space.

zeron attended the event in a supportive role and has been handling press relations activities and social media content for “Die Passage” since construction commenced in 2021.

The 187 affordable, sustainable and climate-friendly residential units on Hagener Strasse are scheduled for completion in spring 2024. We are really happy for our client and wish them all the best for their current and future development projects ;-)
