August 2023 / zeron celebrates the opening of the Sonnenblumenfeld with DüBS

Good, modern living should be affordable - this is something that Düsseldorfer Bau- und Spargenossenschaft eG (DüBS) has been committed to for over 75 years. This also applies to its property in Lichtenbroich, which DüBS has named Wiesenviertel.

After a good two years of construction, the property's largest residential complex has been built in Sonnenblumenfeld - a construction phase of the new Wiesenviertel. Since May, a modern residential complex with 96 residential units has been offering space for families with children, couples, singles and senior citizens.

Together with tenants, project participants and partners as well as political representatives, DüBS celebrated the official inauguration in bright sunshine. Among the invited guests was Düsseldorf's Mayor Dr. Stephan Keller, who praised DüBS's commitment in times of housing shortages and rising rents. The celebrations were accompanied by a varied stage program, food and drinks as well as exciting activities for the younger guests.

zeron has been in charge of managing the press work for the project since the start of construction and was also on site at the opening ceremony to provide support and act as a point of contact for the press. We would like to congratulate DüBS on this milestone and look forward to the upcoming projects in the Wiesenviertel.
