The situation / 

Wuppertaler Stadtwerke (WSW) reliably supplies the people of Wuppertal with electricity, heat, and water, transports them to their destinations by bus, and shapes the cityscape with its suspension railway. With over 3,000 employees, it is one of the city's largest employers. Its mission: to actively shape the mobility and energy transition – including in PR and corporate communications.

The task / 

Development of a communications and PR strategy to position Wuppertaler Stadtwerke as a forward-looking pioneer that involves all stakeholders – from employees to customers. Based on and as an extension of the marketing strategy. In addition: ongoing PR support in various strategic areas of corporate PR.

The implementation / 

zeron supports Wuppertaler Stadtwerke's PR activities across a wide range of projects – from developing strategy papers for press conferences and PR concepts for press relations to on-demand support for press releases, interviews, background discussions, company presentations, crisis PR, social media, and LinkedIn. For WSW, zeron is a sparring partner for strategic issues – and an extended workbench when the PR team has too much on its plate.
