The situation / 

Westfield Centro in Oberhausen is Germany's largest shopping and leisure center. It attracts millions of visitors and tourists every year. Covering an area of around 230,000 square meters with over 250 shops, new stores are regularly opening and exciting events ensure a fresh experience time and time again.

The task / 

To inform shoppers from all over Germany about news from Westfield Centro and simply make them want to shop at the shopping center. Through local PR and regional press relations.

The implementation / 

zeron acts as the external press office for Westfield Centro and coordinates all press relations. Our job: developing PR topics, writing and editing press releases and news snippets, responding to press inquiries, liaising with local journalists and media outlets, organizing press events, arranging interviews, and everything else a press office does. And furthermore: placing media collaborations, preparing Q&As, accompanying events, implementing (local) influencer collaborations, and providing support with statements in the event of a crisis.

In addition, zeron also handles local and regional press relations for Düsseldorf Arcaden, Minto in Mönchengladbach, and Westfield Ruhr Park in Bochum.
