January 2025 / zeron with top marks for team spirit and training

The team is an essential key to success – we at zeron are convinced of this. For this reason, we conducted an anonymous employee survey among our 15 zeronitas and our male colleagues at the end of last year. We do this regularly to put internal satisfaction to the test.

Top marks of 1.43 were awarded for team spirit and the working atmosphere. The professional and personal support at and from zeron was rated at a strong 1.29 in each case. The overall satisfaction rating was 1.57. A result that we are not only pleased about, but also a little proud of. Because it shows: We are on the right track, our commitment to team and development – two of zeron's key USPs – is being well received. What is also particularly pleasing is that, compared to the last employee survey, we have improved significantly in 92% of the points surveyed – a very encouraging trend.
