April 2025 / zeron takes over event management for DüBS topping-out event

The Wiesenviertel district of Düsseldorfer Bau- und Spargenossenschaft eG (DüBS) continues to grow. Following the successful completion of the Sonnenblumenfeld, which zeron has already supported in terms of communication and organization, another building is now being built in the cooperative's largest quarter: the Lupinenfeld. In Düsseldorf-Lichtenbroich, 32 modern two- to five-room apartments for young and old are being built - barrier-free, energy-efficient and at rents below the Düsseldorf average for new builds. DüBS is thus sending out a strong signal for affordable housing in the capital of North Rhine-Westphalia.

Around 100 guests - including Düsseldorf's Lord Mayor Dr. Stephan Keller and Alexander Rychter, Director of the Rhineland-Westphalia Housing and Real Estate Association - celebrated this milestone. Both emphasized the importance of affordable housing and praised the commitment of DüBS. The topping-out wreath was then hoisted - accompanied by the foreman's traditional topping-out speech.

zeron supported the event organization, coordinated the press work and ensured that everything ran smoothly on site. And at the end? The guests took home a small, flowery piece of the Wiesenviertel with their soap.
