June 2025 / zeron gives the social housing industry a strong voice

Affordable construction and housing is one of the most pressing issues of our time. VdW Rheinland Westfalen - the largest regional association of the socially orientated housing industry in Germany - is an important voice in this debate. Around one in five tenants in North Rhine-Westphalia lives in a flat owned by one of the 480 or so member companies and co-operatives of VdW Rheinland Westfalen. We are therefore all the more pleased to welcome the association as a new customer of zeron!

As a PR and content agency, zeron supports the VdW Rheinland Westfalen in making industry topics and its members, the socially orientated housing industry, more visible. The starting point is a joint strategy workshop to sharpen the key messages and develop topics for communication. Also on the agenda: support for traditional media work and stakeholder communication. An exciting task for which zeron has a great deal of expertise thanks to its many years of cooperation with Düsseldorfer Bau- und Spargenossenschaft eG and WOGEDO!
