The situation / 

Aktionsforum Glasverpackung is an initiative of the container glass industry in Germany. It has been in existence since 2000 and its aim is to communicate the advantages of glass packaging to packaging decision-makers. To this end, Aktionsforum Glasverpackung conducts extensive PR and press work – both B2B and B2C. One of these PR measures is the annual PR event ‘Trendtag Glas’ (Glass Trend Day), which has been held since 2008.

The task / 

Conception and organisation of Trendtag Glas – the now legendary annual industry event for the food and beverage bottling industry as a PR and networking event.

The implementation / 

Year after year, zeron researches a first-class event location for Trendtag Glas, which always takes place in a different city. We are also responsible for designing the programme, which features high-profile speakers and exciting practical case studies. The entire organisation, including speaker acquisition, technology, catering and decoration: a clear task for zeron. And the popular evening get-together is also in our hands. 

The result / 

Trendtag Glas is the industry event for the food and beverage bottling industry, attracting over 200 participants annually. Visitors appreciate the concept: more than 90 percent rate Trendtag Glas as ‘very good’ or ‘good’. The press also reports enthusiastically.
