To create a concept and design for an annual report that communicated more than just facts and figures.
zeron’s idea /
We took an emotional theme from the company and focused on people and ‘community spirit’. The layout was unconventional because it incorporated images and graphics that also transported emotions.
The result /
An unusually concise annual report for a company in the housing development sector with a distinctive appearance that was well received by all stakeholders – from association members, the housing development sector, local politicians and business partners.
