DEKRA is one of the biggest players in the testing, inspection and certification (TIC) market. Two subsidiaries were merged to form DEKRA Testing and Certification GmbH on 1 January 2019 in order to optimise the company’s future viability.
To bring together the new DTC’s 200 or so employees from three sites, provide a forum for them to meet the specialist departments, and boost team spirit – at a change event that not only delivered facts, but also touched emotions.
zeron organised the large-scale kick-off event with the motto of ‘ZUSAMMENgehen’ (joiningTOGETHER) at the Jahrhunderthaus in Bochum, with presentations, an exhibition by the specialist departments, discussions and plenty of time for people to get to know each other. zeron handled the planning, organisation and management of the entire in-house event – from programme design to speaker sourcing, catering and technical equipment.
